The Search Process
BWP & Associates has been engaged as a professional search firm to assist with finding suitable superintendent candidates and the comprehensive search process includes several essential steps, which include:
- Interviews will be conducted with 10 to 12 carefully selected candidates
- Candidate selection is based on a leadership profile developed through comprehensive community survey feedback
- An interview preparation workshop with the school board is scheduled for January 13
